TRYOUT MANAGEMENT

We provide a non-bias approach to helping your association evaluate players for tryouts and teams. Our tryout management can include a review on your current tryout process, association goals for the tryouts, idea's to improve upon or change, and then implementation of a process that works for the skaters, coaches and parents.

ASSOCIATION EVALUATION

• Includes a one-night evaluation meeting with one of our professionals.
• Review your association's tryout process
• Review your associations coach selection process
• Set goals for your player evaluation and team selection
• Analyze different associations' processes and adopt one that suits your needs.
• Cost is $1000

PLAYER EVALUATION SERVICE

• A stand-alone option for associations looking for non-biased evaluators to help improve their tryout process. 
• Our team of professionals can provide evaluators for your evaluations or tryouts to help assist your coaches and representatives with player selection.
• Cost: Varies by amount of evaluators

TEAM SELECTION SERVICE

• Our Team Selection service helps your association select teams from start to finish.
• We provide an Association Evaluation to review current processes and improve on new practices. 
• Upon selection of a tryout process, we will provide the evaluators to help with player evaluations and team selections, including goalies
• Our professionals provide on-ice coaching during the evaluations and tryouts
• This end process provides association representatives with fair and easy-to-select teams.
• Cost is $2500-$5000

COACH SELECTION SERVICE

• Our group of professionals helps your association select the correct group of coaches for your teams. 
• We provide a questionnaire for applicants to complete and then follow up with a coaching interview.
• Cost: Varies by teams
